❓Ever try falling asleep with headphones❓ Every tiny movement atop a pillow would provoke disturbance... Its unclear whether theres any effectiveness without headphones for any of the functions...any at all❓An educational article or chart on what is or isnt a placebo effect would be nice... must research this before deciding to delete... Overall, an elegant app with beautiful precision ✅
